(1) Pl. registers your primary
email address with us. We shall send you all
notifications, renewal notice/s and alerts
to you at your email address. It would be
your prime responsibility to check this address
regularly and follow the instructions.
(2) For any Type of Technical
support pl. email us at support@allwebvision.com.
Our support team will reply within 24 hrs.
But pl. doesn’t call on mobile for any
type of technical support.
(3) We are constantly improving
our systems and as of now are operating a
paperless billing system. An email will be
sent to the Your Email address every time
an invoice is raised. Your account shall stand
suspended if you fail to pay your invoices
on time (i.e. Before Expiring Date). If your
account is suspended due to a non-payment
issue, you will be charged an administration
fee of Rs. 250 to have your account reactivated.

(3) It would be your own
responsibility to see that payment reaches
our office or you should directly deposit
the said payment to our bank account and inform
us by email. We shall not pickup any payment
from your address.
(5) Domain and Web space
renewal notices will be sent to your email
ID before 25-30 days of expiry date. If you
do wish to renew it, please send us your payment
with confirmation minimum 7 days before the
expiry date.
(6) If we do not receive
your payment before expiry date your account
will shall be terminated. We would not be
responsible for any data, matter, Email/s
lost after the termination of your account.
(7) Any illegal matter or
activities uploaded on your website or used
for mass transfer of data or spamming, Bulk
Emails sending, we will be forced to terminate
your account without any notice and shall
initiate legal action. All responsibilities
of such illegal activities stated above will
be of the owners of website. We shall not
give any type of refund for terminated accounts.
(8) If you want to obtain
data back up your website pl. send us payment
in advance. The Prices for Data backup are
as: One Time Data Backup: Rs.500 • Weekly
Data Backup: Rs.4000/Year • Monthly
Data Backup: Rs.2000/Year
(9) We are a reseller for
Direct-I, so all our clients who purchase
a domain or transfer a domain to us are bound
by the terms and conditions set forth by Direct-I.
If you do not renew your domain by the expiry
date you run the risk of loosing your domain.
(10) SSL Certificates is
necessary for security for your data and website.
We provide SSL Certificate on request with
extra payment (pl. email us for prices)
(11) We will be helpless
if there are backbone provider failures, network
uptime, fiber-optic main line cuts, DNS or
Registrar issues with client's domain name,
routing issues between client location and
our data center. The uptime guarantee is also
not applicable if the service interruption
was caused by external issues such as Acts
of God, War/s or any other natural or unnatural
events that the company cannot directly influence.
(12) In no event will our
company be liable for any damages, including,
without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages
arising out of the use of or inability to
use our company’s services or any content
thereon. This disclaimer applies, without
limitation, to any damages or injury, whether
for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise,
caused by any failure of performance; error;
omission; interruption; deletion; defect;
delay in operation or transmission; computer
virus; file corruption; communication line
failure; network or system outage; or theft,
destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration
of, or use of any record.
(13) Important Friendly Advice:
Daily download all your emails on your desktop
through Outlook Express or any other email
Software so that you have your all emails
up-to-date into your Desktop. We are not responsible
for any your emails are loss. For more help

that the authorized person/s receiving this
Bill has read the above terms and conditions
and has agreed to all terms and conditions
said above and shall in no way hold us liable
for any loss in form of data or material.
It is further understood that no payment shall
be refunded nor services restored without
necessary fees being paid. This being a computerized
bill, signature is not required and the terms
are accepted and considered as read.
